At Ninja Nation, we believe every child has the potential to be a hero. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new Heroes In Training (HIT) program, designed to inspire kids to embrace fitness, conquer challenges, and have an absolute blast while doing it! With three progressive levels – HIT 1, HIT 2, and HIT 3 – this program is tailored to meet kids where they are and guide them to reach new heights. What is Heroes In Training?

The Heroes In Training program is more than just a class – it’s a journey of discovery, growth, and empowerment. HIT classes are designed to make fitness fun while teaching kids foundational skills in strength, coordination, balance, and agility. Whether your child is brand new to sports or a budding ninja, there’s a place for them in the HIT program.

Each level builds on the skills learned in the previous one, ensuring kids are always challenged and motivated:

HIT 1 : A perfect introduction to ninja training, focusing on “conditioning disguised as fun” through games and challenges that improve strength and coordination while boosting confidence.
HIT 2 : This level refines ninja techniques, helping kids develop more advanced skills, agility, and problem-solving abilities.
HIT 3 : The ultimate ninja experience, where kids tackle full obstacle courses, master transitions, and explore competitive elements of ninja training.

Our Adult Fitness Class

Hero Fit is our fitness class for adults. Hero is actually H.E.R.O: - High Energy Resistance & Obstacle Training

H.E.R.O Fit is designed for all levels of fitness and fitness goals. Every workout offers at least 3 to 5 different levels of engagement. Whether you are a beginner who is newer to working out, or a seasoned exercise enthusiast looking to advance your skills, strength and conditioning, H.E.R.O Fit is the perfect place for you. In the spirit of being a part of the Ninja community, you will be encouraged by others wherever you are at on your journey. Our coaches will work with you to achieve your fitness goals. Ninjas must be 16 or older to attend H.E.R.O fit class.

H.E.R.O Fit is less ninja-specific than our other classes. It will build your fitness for Ninja Warrior, but it will also build your fitness for everything else! You don't need to want to crush the salmon ladder or fly up the warped wall to get something out of H.E.R.O fit. All you need is a willingness to work hard and get fit!

Class will be focused on fitness. It will start with a warmup, and then move straight to workouts. There will be individual stations to rotate through, with different exercises to get a balanced work out, and bigger group exercises which bring the whole class together to get strong. Class ends with a cool down and stretching.

H.E.R.O Fit uses our ninja warrior gym, and it will help you get strong and do better in our ninja classes, but it's not just for ninjas. It's for anyone 16 and up who wants to get fit!

What is Mini Heroes?

Ninja Class for Kids Aged 3-5

Most of our offerings are for ages five and up. This is for safety. With open gym during all of our regular hours, we can't have kids under five on the floor, even in a class. But your three and four year olds love Ninja Warrior too. That's what Mini Heroes is for!

Mini heroes is our class for kids aged 3-5. It takes place outside of our most popular open gym hours, so we can safely have younger kids on the floor!

Mini heroes is a fun fitness class that will give kids a taste of ninja, get them on some obstacles, teach them basic ninja skills, and play games with ninja elements!

Class will start with a brief warmup, and get quickly into the fun! Our coaches set up courses at the right level for three-to five year olds. This is another great benefit of holding mini-heroes outside of open gym hours! We also modify some of our obstacles to make them easier for our mini-ninjas to try. The warped wall is always a big hit, and we can lower the height with a rope to give the perfect level of challenge! Mini ninjas often try our racecourses, and practice ninja skills like swinging on rings and monkey bars. Class ends with games using our ninja obstacles, like airbag tags and the floor is lava.

This class is a great way to introduce younger kids to ninja. We're so glad to be able to offer a class to three and four year olds!

A Ninja Nation Mobile Course at your Community Event

What will happen at a Mobile Event?

A Ninja Nation Mobile event is a great way for a community to try ninja warrior for the first time. Our courses are fun for all ages and abilities, from kids who've never stepped on an obstacle in their lives to pro ninjas. They test balance, agility, and strength for ninjas of any level. They come with a huge variety of obstacles, like trapeze bars, trampolines, rings, cargo nets, a warped wall,and more! A mobile course is theperfect way for a big group of people to try out a ninja warrior course in a fun, safe environment.

Our course sets up in two and a half hours, tears down in an hour and a half, and you get six hours in between to have as much fun with it as possible! It can fit into any space and onto any surface: Concrete, wooden gym floors, grassy fields, even snow!

Our courses cater to all kinds of events, from fundraisers to festivals to corporate team building. We can cater to whatever you need!

A Ninja Nation Mobile course is perfect for community and family building. Cheer each other on through the obstacles, or have a friendly competition. The course can accommodate any level from beginner to pro, and if it ever feels difficult, our coaches will help you through!

The Hero Tower

Ninja Nation Frisco's Biggest Obstacle!

Our Hero Tower is 25 feet of ninja awesomeness! You can't miss it at the back of our arena.

It's equipped with an auto-belay system for safety, and harnesses, so you don't need to bring anything special to use it. The tower has four different obstacles: A Super Salmon ladder, thick pole climb, a plexiglass climb, and rope climb. There are two identical poles and two identical ropes, so you can race your friends!

This winter, Pro Ninja Anton Fomenko came out to film a video with Coach Karsten, and they had a lot of fun on the Hero Tower!

The tower is fantastic for training endurance. It's a great challenge, and lots of fun! Frisco is the only Ninja Nation location with a Hero Tower, so make sure you're getting the most out of it in your visits with us!

Ninja Nation Frisco - Now Open

Ninja Nation Grand Opening

Saturday, June 30, 2018 - We held the Grand Opening of our first Ninja Nation location in Lafayette, CO.

We were overjoyed and overwhelmed with the 2500 people who showed up to celebrate with us. The opening featured a Ninja Showcase with Ninja Nation's own Geoff Britten, Brian Arnold, Jamie Rahn, Ryan Stratis, and Rian McLean as well as guest Ninjas Rachael Goldstein, Adam Rayl, Austin Grey, and Barclay Stockett. We even had surprise appearances by Rocky the Denver Nuggets mascot and Chip the Buffalo from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

We had a blast and we hope you did too. Thank you to all of you who came out to support us in our Grand Opening and for having fun experiencing our world-class obstacle course arena.

The flagship arena is located just north of Denver in Lafayette, with state of the art equipment and developmental programming that empowers everyone to become their own Super Hero!
